一、课程简介

插画设计是一门专业核心课。本课程是融合时下社会流行文化，日新月异的数码绘画技术，视觉传达设计的基本方法产出插画成果的课程。插画作为一种视觉语言，有叙事、信息传达和悦目等功能，学生通过学习理论上的插画设计的定义、分类、设计方法，认识插画设计的不同风格和具体案例，掌握插画设计的技巧思路，激发自主学习的兴趣和能力，培养创新思维等，在指导下自主独立地设计出具备一定审美高度、富有创意思维、具备商业价值的插画作品。插画作为一门有实际功能价值的实用艺术广泛应用在广告行业，印刷品行业，出版行业，动画和游戏行业，甚至于在流行的自媒体运营之中，为其核心理念注入饱满的视觉效果。同时在国内的插画艺术在数字技术的发展下逐渐获得新的面貌与新的活力，这也对视觉传达设计师们的设计和技能有了新一步的要求。

Illustration Design is a major core course. This course integrates the latest social popular culture, the ever-changing digital painting technology, and the methods of Visual Communication Design to produce illustrations. As a visual language, illustration has the functions of narration, information transmission, and beautification. Students can learn the definition, classification, and design methods of Illustration Design theoretically, can recognize different styles and specific cases of illustration design, can master the skills of illustration design, can be stimulated interest and ability of independent learning, can be cultivated innovative thinking, can improve personal aesthetic accomplishment, and create illustrations with high aesthetic, creative ideas, and commercial value at the same time. As a practical art with functions and value, illustration is widely used in the advertisement industry, the print press industry, the publishing industry, the animation and game industries, and even in the self-media industries, enhancing rich visuals for core ideas. Simultaneously, with the developing digital painting technology, domestic illustration art has gradually gained a new look and vitality, which requires a new step for visual communication designers’ designs and skills.

二、课程目标

1.价值目标

通过课程学习，树立设计原创精神、树立正确的价值观念，树立严谨的专业精神，传递正能量，服务于社会，服务于地方文化，树立积极向上的生活学习心态和自豪的民族荣誉感。

2.知识目标

通过该课程的学习，学生学习插画的概念，分类，风格，设计方法等理论内容，理解一定的插画行业信息和历史知识，展望插画设计的前景；培养学生学习艺术设计原则和造型方法，创意思维，将个人理念和绘画技术相结合地创作插画。

3.能力目标

开拓学生的思维想象力，培养创造性思维，在创作流程中使用头脑风暴和树状图方法；培养学生运用插画创作的各种技巧和方法，按照一定的创作流程，有思路，多途径，有创意地体现插画的信息表达功能；培养学生掌握与插画相关的数码绘画技术和技巧；提升学生审美素养，强化插画美化功能；培养学生项目表达能力。

4.综合素养

在项目实践的过程中，学生能有效进行调研，在充分了解项目背景地情况下完成插画作品，对插画深入设计，形成视觉创达设计成果或者文创产品，将插画有效变现。
